The Process
Consultation Meeting
After our initial communication, we will schedule the Consultation Meeting. At this in-home meeting, Nicole and one of her Designers. will meet with you to discuss your design needs and scope of work for your project.
The Concept Phase
During the concept phase, your designer will create a floor plan and a detailed 3D renderings of your space, allowing you to visualize the placement and appearance of each element in our recommended Layout, Our advanced, photo-realistic renderings are highly accurate and to scale, ensuring a precise representation of the final result.
The Design Phase
Once the design concept is approved, your designer will source furniture, create a budget, and present everything in an easy-to-navigate design presentation, we will review the presentation together via video or in our West Chester showroom. Where you can explore samples and options.
Renovation Binder: The Blueprint To Success
Before your project is ready to begin we provide the construction team with a renovation Guide. This will contain project specifications, timeline, design plans, material selections, schedules, products specs, electrical plan and more! Every detail of the project is communicated with the highest level of detail. alleviating the need for the Homeowner to field questions, meet subs or receive deliveries, this organized resource helps contractors stay on track, ensures effective communication and fosters successful project completion
Project Management
You are assigned a dedicated project manager that will ensure a smooth renovation process, provide weekly updates, track deliveries, place orders, Communicate with vendors, contractors and subs. We have a proven process that will keep your project on track and minimize costly errors and Inconveniences.
Professional Photos
Upon project completion we will style your project and arrange for our professional photographer to capture the project for our portfolio. We take great pride in our work and look forward to showcasing your Space!
